The company was founded in May 2019, with legal representative Wu Chengqiang, who is a professor and doctoral degree holder in environmental engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology. It is specialized in environmental protection technology research and development, achievement transformation and engineering application. At present, the company has 1 doctor, 2 masters and 12 employees. In 2020, the company was awarded the title of "Zhejiang Small and Medium-sized Science and Technology Enterprise"; in 2021, it received the funding of Hangzhou "Eaglet Plan"; and in 2023, it was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise. The company has obtained a number of authorized patents.​

The company is professionally engaged in resource-based technical services (technical solutions, engineering design, commissioning, EPC + operation and maintenance) for water washing/solvent washing of waste incineration fly ash, non-metallic mineral powder or organic residues, as well as the sales, operation and maintenance of integrated water washing equipment. The company has very mature fly ash water washing technology and has designed and constructed 10 sets of fly ash water washing engineering projects.​

The integrated water washing equipment developed by the company can wash and separate industrial salts such as calcium chloride, sodium chloride and potassium chloride from fly ash. The washed fly ash can be used as cement raw materials or for producing ceramsite, glass bodies or sintered materials. The technical characteristics of water washing: the water-ash ratio is ≤ 1.5, and only one dewatering equipment is used in the whole process. The technical equipment is constantly upgraded to establish technical barriers. From the engineering technology developed in 2015 to the integrated water washing equipment put into operation in 2023, the process has been simplified, the investment and operation costs have been significantly reduced, and the operating environment has been greatly improved.​

We have signed strategic cooperation agreements with companies such as Zhejiang Hongshi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zhejiang Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.) and Veolia Environmental Technology.
